Here are the coffee creations I have promised you!
Camel Machiatto: Fill coffee cup about 1/2 with ogranic heavy cream (you can also use a coconut milk, almond milk, or any other plant based milk you like) and a squirt of Sweet Leaf Drops Carmel. Use frother and froth until bubbly. Place cup under Keurig and run 1 pod. (Or add one cup of brewed coffee- I suggest Purity for the best quality and least toxic choice.) The coffee will drip to bottom and raise up the cream to the top!
Chocolate Peppermint Latte: Michelle’s Deliciousness Pour about a cups worth of coffee (Brand I love: Purity) and add desired about of cream (Or plant based alternative: coconut, almond, etc...NOT SOY) into a bullet or blender container. Add a scoop of Ancient Nutrition Bone Broth Vanilla protein powder. Add NutriDyn chocolate peppermint greens. Add MTC oil about 1 T. and puree until well blended- just a minute or so
Breve Latte Fill coffee cup about 1/4 full with organic heavy cream or half and half (works well with Forager Cashew 1/2 and 1/2 as well. Begin to whip milk of choice with frother. Continue to whip as you pour in brewed coffee (Purity). til cup if full.
Bullet Coffee 1 T. MTC Oil, 1T. Organic Coconut Oil, 1 scoop Axe Collegen powder (if you do not have issues with eggs or histamines- if you do just omit this ingredient), 1 cup brewed (Purity) coffee. Put all ingredients into blender or bullet and blend for a min or so.
More IDEAS: *Pour any of the above over ice for an iced coffee *Sub coconut milk or any plant based milk for heavy cream (EXCEPT SOY) to make them all dairy free *Add Whip: Whip Heavy Cream in bullet or mixer til firm points form, add stevia drops or sweet luvs to add sweetness if desired. Top you coffee in the goodness! (You can do the same process with coconut milk in a can that has been in the fridge overnight- skim off top hardened cream and put in bleneder, puree until creamy.
